Forum Only - Physicians

This registration is for physicians, consultants, specialists, academians (professors) and other highly specialized professionals including epidemiologists, vaccinologist, virologists, bacteriologists, etc.

Registration includes 3-days complete access to the scientific program, exhibition and poster area. This also includes coffee break and 1 lunch voucher per day.

Note: This rate is not for pharmacists who are working in private companies, non-hospital set-up.

Forum Only - Non-Physicians

This registration is for non-physicians working in a hospital/clinic setting, such as nurses, social workers, residents, students and other allied healthcare professionals including pharmacists (hospital employed).

Registration includes 3-days complete access to the scientific program, exhibition and poster area. This also includes coffee break and 1 lunch voucher per day.

Note: This rate is not for pharmacists who are working in private companies, non-hospital set-up.

Pharma Comp, Soln Providers, Consulting Firms

This registration is for employees working in pharmaceutical company or consulting firms, executives, Sales & Marketing, pharmacists working in non-hospital/ clinic setting, business development execs, CEO's, VP's, etc.

Registration includes 3-days complete access to the scientific program, exhibition and poster area. This also includes coffee break and 1 lunch voucher per day.

Pharmacists working in private companies (non hospital set-up) can register under this category.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Everyone attending the conference must register and pay the registration fees.

This rule does not apply to invited speakers, as registration fee is waived for them.

We ensure that delegates wishing to cancel and refund their registration fees are well aware of the process.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 30% of the conference fees.

Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to [email protected]

Cancellations made after, as well as 'no shows', are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed one month after the event completion date.
